India vs New Zealand 2nd ODI Highlights 20 October 2016, Watch IND vs NZ 2nd ODI Cricket Highlights 2016. The 2nd of five ODI matches between India and the New Zealand Black Caps will get underway on Thursday at the Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi. India won the opening match convincingly, dominated the Black Caps in all facets of the game.

New Zealand Captain knew from the start the any tour to India will be tough. They were outplayed in the Test Series, and will need to step up their game if they are to take a win out of the ODI series. The upsetting factor about the Black Caps top order batting in the opening match is the fact that they struggled against the Indian pace attack. Pundits were predicting that it would be the Indian spinner doing most of the damage, but this was not the case. Latham showed in the last match that he has the composure to play the long innings, but it is the big hitters in Anderson, Ronchi and Taylor that have to show more grit out in the middle. Once played in they can open their shoulders, but they have to earn the right to do so. Captain Williamson will be hoping for more fire-power from his fast bowlers, as early breakthrough against a strong Indian batting line-up will be crucial.

MS Dhoni will be happy with his team’s performance, and more so for his own sake as well, as the pressure of Captaincy will start to mount should he lose the series. Virat Kohli looks to be back in form, which spells big trouble for New Zealand. The Indian bowling attack is far from settled, missing the likes of Jadeja and Ashwin, which could make them vulnerable, should New Zealand get the upper hand early on.

It’s difficult to oppose yet another Indian win, which should put them in pole position for yet another ODI series win at home.
